Statement from Bill
After four decades in aerospace and business, I am ready to put my experience to work for our community. As a pilot, business owner, and longtime resident, I’ve seen firsthand the strengths that make Richland, Prosser, and Benton City great places to live and do business.
We have the talent, the commercial sites, and the transportation infrastructure—air, rail, water, and highway—to attract new industries and opportunities. These strengths align directly with the Port’s mission: economic growth and job creation.
As a small business owner, I understand how narrow the margins can be between success and failure. That’s why my priority will always be helping local businesses thrive while attracting sustainable new revenue streams.Together, we can build long-term stability, create good jobs, and ensure the Port continues to serve the people of our community.
